Ingredients
- 75g chopped oats
- 225ml dairy-free milk
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
Method
- Add the oats and milk to a medium sized pan over a medium head. Stir constantly until the mixture is bubbling, then turn down the heat to let the porridge simmer - still stirring - until it's creamy
- Stir in the cacao nibs and salt, then take off the heat and stir in the hazelnut butter
- Serve in two bowls, topped with the sliced banana, chopped hazelnuts and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
