RETURN OF GOODS
- You have the right to contact us and ask to return the products and for a refund up to 14 days after receipt of goods, you will then have an additional 14 days to return the goods from the date you informed us of wanting to return them. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
- Products must be returned to us in their original, unopened and in resalable condition.
- You must contact hello@kinn-living.com for the returns form and returns address.
- We will only issue a refund once your return has been received (within 14 days). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to KINN, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
- It is advised that you use a secure and tracked postage method and that you keep your receipt as proof of postage. KINN cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit during returns.
